Established in 1918, Aizu Homare Brewery (meaning Honor, Glory & Praise) has been a well-respected sake producer from the Kitakata City, located at the foothills of Mount Iide 飯豊山. Tasting Note:
Homare 'Chocolate' is made from Nigori sake and carefully selected chocolate syrup. It has indulgent notes of lightly toasted caramel and warming vanilla. Creamy texture, rich sweetness, and a gentle bitterness from the chocolate syrup create an enticing new flavour. Serve chilled or on the rocks.
