Muray has a straw yellow color, with its typical aromatic scent of primary hints of Moscato grapes, reminiscent of linden, rose and acacia flowers, with its particular sweet taste combined with its natural acidity makes it pleasant and fresh. Best served & enjoyed between 8°-10°C in Singapore's warm climate.

Food Pairing:
The opportunities for its pairings are many: from the classic combinations with dry pastries, cakes and desserts in general, to the most modern taste associations that see it served with cheeses, cold cuts and spicy dishes of the most varied ethnic cuisines.

About the Family:
The Beppe Marino winery was founded in 1972 in Santo Stefano Belbo, the birthplace of Cesare Pavese, located between the Langhe and Monferrato and a typical area of production of the famous Moscato d'Asti.

Family unity is the company's secret: together with his wife Rosalba and son Maurizio, Beppe cultivates his vineyards high up (400 meters above sea level) on the hills of Santo Stefano Belbo, Mango d'Alba and Castelnuovo Calcea.

It is from 13 hectares of fine vineyards, situated among locations of great prestige for vine cultivation, that the wines now known and appreciated in Italy and abroad are born. Courage, entrepreneurial spirit and love for the challenge: this is the recipe for passing the baton from one generation to the next. A long tradition accompanied by a deep passion unites Beppe Marino and his family to the rows in the hills and the charm of the winery. Concrete signs underscore the company's roots: a large farmstead, vineyards and a technologically perfect winery
