This cocktail is a twist on the classic Rob Roy drink. On top of the classic trio of Scotch, vermouth and Angostura bitters, this whisky cocktail adds port to the mix for a more intense adaptation. The richness of this sophisticated whisky cocktail recipe is elevated even further by using Chivas, which selectively finished in Oloroso sherry casks for an intense, full-bodied finish.
- 50.0 ML of Chivas
- 12.5 ML of Sweet Vermouth
- 25.0 ML of Port
- 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters
Add all ingredients into a pre-chilled glass with ice and stir together. Pour & serve.
