Tasting Note:
Solid black cherry colour with a violet rim. Fresh resinous nose, with aromas of black plums and blackcurrant. Very well structured on the palate, with flavours of dry chocolate and black pepper, with plenty of grip on the finish.
Food Pairing:
Delicious on its own or as a pairing with chocolate desserts or rich cheeses. Decant and serve at cellar temperature (12º-14ºC).
