Tasting Note:
Rich floral aroma notes of sakura flowers, nashi pear & cotton candy. Creamy texture with expressive flavors of peach & green apple on the palate, & finishes off with fresh, rounded, & dry lingering taste. Good levels of umami that allows the sake to pair well with different kinds of cuisine. Best serve chilled.
