Jim Beam White Label is made using a mash bill that is 75% corn, 13% rye, and 12% malted barley. The whiskey is aged for a minimum of four years in charred oak barrels, which impart a rich, oaky flavor to the whiskey. On the nose, it has aromas of caramel, vanilla, and oak, with a hint of spice. On the palate, it is smooth and slightly sweet, with flavors of caramel, honey, and a touch of smoke. The finish is warm and spicy, with a gentle kick of alcohol.
