Over a period spanning almost two centuries and via knowledge consolidated over seven generations, Zonin’s passion for wine and for the vine has forged an ethos connected to the land and a vision that has become a commitment. Today, the Zonin family continues to meet contemporary demands promptly and with dynamism, without ever giving up the fundamental values of tradition.
From the Gambellara hills to the four corners of the globe: over many decades, the age-old passion and dedication of the Zonin family has successfully built a benchmark brand in Italian and international wine production.
From generation to generation, the Zonin family has cherished the strong bond formed with its native land, its vineyards and the small village in the heart of the Veneto region, nestled amongst great artistic and architectural treasures. And Gambellara is still home to the Zonin family’s production of the still and sparkling DOC and DOCG wines that make up the range.
About the Wine:
The name Ventiterre means "20 lands", which evokes the number of Italy's Regions, as well as the country's vast variety of soils, each of which produces a wine with unique and distinctive aromas and flavors.
For this moscato, fermentation is allowed to progress until the wine has obtained 7% alcohol. Then the grape’s natural sugar content is preserved by refrigeration in order to give the wine its unique sweet and aromatic characteristics.
Elegant straw-yellow appearance with subtle golden reflections. Aromatically inviting with delicate scent of peach, nectar, Acacia flowers. Sweet on the palate but not at all cloying, displaying a well-balanced wine with extremely refined fruitiness.
Confectionary desserts like fruit cakes & sweet pastry, biscuits, fruit salad, blue cheese, spicy Asian dishes. Best served around 5 degC.
